About the Role Coordinate scale up activities at the Ohio site, ensuring all tooling and processes are correctly implemented. Oversee operational, and performance qualification of any proprietary equipment. As a Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will serve as the primary on-site lead for our Ohio facility, acting as the critical link between Carbon’s strategic vision and our manufacturing partner’s daily operations.
