Everforth ECS is seeking a IT Operations Lead [Tier 3] - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities: - Lead Tier 3 operational support activities for enterprise infrastructure and network services. - Serve as the primary escalation point for complex incidents, ensuring timely resolution. - Coordinate and manage cross-domain troubleshooting initiatives. - Validate root cause analyses and develop remediation plans for recurring issues. - Supervise and mentor Tier 3 technicians, ensuring compliance with operational procedures. - Monitor and report on performance trends to infrastructure leadership. - Collaborate with network, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to enhance service resilience. - Ensure adherence to service-level objectives and operational standards. - Analyze incident patterns to recommend infrastructure improvements.
