Department: Randy Owen Center for the Performing Arts Salary: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour (maximum 26 hours per week) Schedule: Shifts vary based on position. See below for shift lengths and times. Position Summary: This position supports event operations and guest services by ensuring a smooth, organized, and welcoming experience for all patrons. The role requires attendance at training sessions and participation in scheduling meetings. Responsibilities include preparing event spaces; moving stanchions and signage; stocking publications; and performing light custodial duties to maintain a clean environment. The position manages crowds and supports events before, during, and after performances, including ticket scanning, concessions assistance, and using ticketing software to sell, exchange, and process returns both in person and over the phone, as well as preparing ticket orders for mail or will call. Working closely with volunteers and event management, the individual serves as a primary point of contact for guests, providing information, assistance, and support throughout each event, while also assisting with setup and cleanup to ensure efficient operations.
