Reporting to: Director, Flight Operations Location: CYYC Airport, Calgary AB Schedule: Four days on and four days off rotating shift that includes days, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on a 12-hour workday. The Flight Department Operations Coordinator (FDOC) is a centralized, joint function between the Flight Department and Operations Control designed to streamline communication and operational support for flight crews. It serves as the primary point of contact for pilots, triaging incoming requests and directing them to the appropriate resources while ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.
