As a Senior Product Designer on the Investment Management Group's Platform Experience team, y ou’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of the IMG Platform and transforming the experience for front office teams across Vanguard. You’ll b e cent ral in the full design lifecycle end-to-end — from shaping problems and running discovery through to execution, release, and continuous improvement while balancing strategic thinking with hands - on execution. You’re c omfortable w ith both a big picture and detaile d leve l, wor king with the lead experience designer and researcher to influence product direction . The Product designer defines user journeys and craft s high quality, production ready UI that meets a high bar fo r usa b ility , consistency, and visual polish across interactions and workflows. We’re looking for a designer who thrives on untangling complex challenges, questions existing approaches when needed, and is driven to deliver industry leading user experiences.
