Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel Position Description POSITION TITLE: Preventive Maintenance Technician: DEPARTMENT: Engineering: GRADE/FLSA STATUS: H11 – Non-Exempt: BADGE TYPE/COLOR: Key--Blue: REPORTS TO: Engineering Supervisor: SUPERVISES: N/A: JOB SUMMARY: Perform basic routine maintenance on a variety of HVAC and electrical equipment including; air handlers, energy recovery wheels, fan coils, heat pumps, chillers, cooling towers and boilers. Provide support in the department as directed by department management. JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish and endorse the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values Follow manufacturer’s preventive maintenance schedules which include: changing filters, washing condenser/evaporator coils, checking pressures/temperatures, punching tubes, changing belts, etc. Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems Utilize building automation and work order system Maintain records of maintenance and repair using computerized maintenance programs Abide by safety policies and report safety hazards to departme...
