QualificationsRequired Education/Knowledge: High School diploma or equivalent Two years or more experience as Teller I/II Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customer and employees. Strong communication and organizational skills Customer engagement and sales proficiency Demonstrated leadership ability Mathematical skills Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy Competence with computers, telephones, and other office machinery.
