Status Full-Time Standard Hours per Week: 40 Job Posting Category: Radiology: Job Posting Description: Position Summary: This role performs both routine and complex diagnostic radiology imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and compliance with departmental protocols. It also includes mentoring junior staff, training clinical team members, supporting daily operations, and actively participating in professional development and hospital initiatives. New hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.00 Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and complex imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, following proper protocols, and maintaining image quality and radiation safety (ALARA). Assess and support patients and families, tailoring care to individual needs and creating a positive, informed experience. Train and mentor staff, including fellows, residents, students, and less experienced technologists in imaging techniques and departmental standards.
