Description The University of Chicago’s Institute for Climate and Sustainable Growth invites applications for Senior Instructional Professor (open rank) to manage the new suite of undergraduate and master’s degree programs based on the Institute’s Chicago Curriculum on Climate and Sustainable Growth. Appointment will be made in an appropriate primary department or school. The selected candidate will be appointed as Assistant Senior Instructional Professor, Associate Senior Instructional Professor, or Senior Instructional Professor, with rank determined by qualifications. Depending on the rank, the appointment will be for a term of up to five years, renewable with the possibility for promotion. This is a career-track position with competitive salary and benefits. The appointment has an expected start date on or around July 1, 2025. The primary responsibility of this position involves the management of a pioneering new suite of undergraduate and master’s degree programs overseen by the Institute’s Chicago Curriculum on Climate and Sustainable Growth.
