The Opportunity: The Lead Marketer will drive growth and engagement across Root’s Independent Agent (IA) channel and strategic Partnerships, including OEMs and other key collaborators. As a Lead Marketer, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support both agent acquisition and retention while also enabling partner success and co-marketing initiatives. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, connecting marketing efforts across channels, audiences, and business lines. You will play a critical role in building scalable programs that strengthen distribution, deepen partner relationships, and accelerate long-term growth. Success is defined by increasing agent adoption, strengthening partner engagement, and delivering cohesive, multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable business impact.
