Sedgman and HOCHTIEF Infrastructure have been appointed as the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management contractor for Vulcan’s Lionheart Project, delivering an end-to-end solution for the Lithium Extraction Plant and Central Lithium Plant. To support our growth, we’re looking for a Safety Lead to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany on a contract basis. As the Safety Lead, you will be responsible for: You are an experienced Safety Lead with the following qualifications and background: - Drive compliance with the Site Safety & Health Management System (SHMS) through audits, inspections, and proactive monitoring. - Compile monthly HSE data and prepare accurate operational reports. - Ensure timely incident reporting and lead analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities. - Identify emerging risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies. - Maintain and review site risk registers, including conducting hazard and risk assessmen...
