POSITION TYPE: Existing: POSITION PURPOSE: Operate as the liaison between the customer, the Sales Team, and production/manufacturing. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Communicate with internal and external customers in a timely, helpful, and professional manner via phone, email, and live chat. - Correctly and timely entry of orders into Lakeland’s ERP (Sage) system. - Be knowledgeable of technical/performance aspects of Lakeland & competitors’ products and able to cross products. - Maintain paperless filing system as needed - Enter RGA requests into the computer system. - Perform various administra...
