Overview As an Asset Manager with Array Digital Infrastructure, you’ll be the steward of our long‑term real estate interests—building strong partnerships with landlords, negotiating lease extensions and amendments that protect and advance our business needs, and securing the land and easements that keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll be the go‑to expert ensuring every asset is positioned for long‑term success, balancing relationship management, strategic negotiation, and thoughtful decision-making. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with landlords; work through assigned portfolio of sites and ensure every site landlord receives regular communication. - Proactively contact landlords to negotiate, review and execute ground lease agreements, amendments, easement purchase agreements and other ancillary real estate documents. - Collaborate with the internal legal team on real estate-related contracts including but not limited to, Easement Acquisition Agreements, Lease Amendments, Right of First Refusal notices, Subordination and Non-Disturbance Agreements, and Fee Simple Purchase Agreements. - Review and approve, where necessary, surveys, grou...
