As we continue to expand our operations in Ghent , we are looking for a Batch Release Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will play a key role in delivering CAR-T cell therapies – making a direct impact on patients’ lives. What can you expect?: As a Batch Release Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating the timely manufacturing and release of patient-specific batches within our end-to-end supply chain. You ensure smooth collaboration across teams in a sterile GMP environment. You are responsible for; Batch Coordination & Stakeholder Management: - Coordinating the on-time release of finished product batches in close collaboration with Manufacturing, QA, QC, and Investigations teams - Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication - Providing transparent updates on batch status, progress, and challenges - Building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders Monitoring & Issue Resolution: - Proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks impacting batch release...
