Our IT team plays a key role in making that possible by ensuring our systems and technology run smoothly and efficiently. This position is responsible for supporting and administering network, systems, reporting, and application environments across the organization. The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of daily technical operations, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, printers, and communication systems. You will work closely with IT team members, cross-functional departments, and end users to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality resolution of technical issues while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and operational excellence. Travel may be required.
