Job Description: Overall Purpose and Objective of Position As directed by the Assistant Department Managers, this position is responsible for supervising a shift of production staff at a soybean crushing, refinery, boiler and packaging plant. Primary function is to ensure quality products are produced in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with established production schedules.
