Position Overview: The Marketing Counsel will report into the Assistant General Counsel-Brand, Marketing and Consumer Law. The role will work collaboratively with marketing and customer-oriented teams in support of initiatives and campaigns to help business reach goals in compliance with advertising, marketing, trademark and consumer protection laws and best practices. The role will also help troubleshoot and resolve regulatory and non-regulatory high level customer issues. Based in Norwalk, Connecticut, you will join a legal team that works in a fast-paced environment on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters. While preference will be given to candidates that are willing to be on-site in the office 5 days, we will consider remote candidates if outside Norwalk commuting area.
