Overview The SharePoint Online Migration Specialist is tasked with leading the planning, execution, and support of migrations from legacy SharePoint environments into modern SharePoint Online. This role emphasizes seamless transitions of content, workflows, permissions, and solutions while utilizing modern SharePoint Online capabilities and the Power Platform to modernize and enhance business processes. Responsibilities: - Perform seamless content migrations from SharePoint Subscription Edition to SharePoint Online using enterprise-grade migration tools such as ShareGate, Migration Manager, and PowerShell automation. - Identify, diagnose, and resolve migration challenges, including throttling, permissions discrepancies, legacy workflow dependencies, or unsupported customizations. - Conduct pre-migration assessments and generate comprehensive deliverables, including inventory reports, mapping documents, content normalization, and remediation plans....
