The Role: Moderna Digital Core Governance Risk and Compliance seeks an experienced training and communications program manager and learning management (LMS) system administrator to create timely and engaging learning experiences for the different employee roles and business functions of Moderna. Duties include creation of user onboarding/off-boarding training materials related to security and digital best practices, training campaign configuration, course management and creating learning paths as well as phishing simulation campaigns to drive security and digital awareness and proactive response behavior. The Training Program Manager should be proficient with administrating a variety of LMS platforms to configure courses, generate reports, develop certifications, designing learning paths and curricula, and collaborating with internal clients and stakeholders to enhance the learning experience.
