Following the best current data on “what works,” staff at DOP engage in meaningful relationships with those on probation to enhance community safety and decrease recidivism. The CARES Coordinator will lead a citywide initiative within Juvenile Operations focused on delivering structured, pro-social programming to youth on probation. This role is responsible for the full ownership, strategic direction, and operational execution of CARES, including program design, staff supervision, partnership development, and performance management.
