Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Remote | Full-Time: Peregrine Health partners with community health organizations to expand access to high-quality behavioral health care, delivered by supported, full-time clinicians. What We’re Looking For: - Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license - 3+ years of clinical experience (community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings preferred) - Comfort providing therapy independently within a supported care model - Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning - Clear, professional communication and collaboration with care teams - Comfort using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools - Commitment to full-time work and continuity of care Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary - Full medical, dental, and vision coverage - 20 PTO days + 9 paid holidays - 401(k) with employer match - Malpractice coverage - Continuing education support - $1,800 per year toward mental health care - $5,000 fertility care stipend - Full administrative, licensing, and credentialing support
