100% FTE, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at Junction Road Medical Center in Madison, WI. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to: - Work in collaboration with numerous multidisciplinary teams to help navigate patients and families. - Coordinate specialized multi-disciplinary patient care by utilizing specialty knowledge of the Osteoporosis Clinic- Adult patient population - Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
