DJJ is seeking a Grounds Assistant. The role is responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding buildings. Performs general grounds landscaping duties both inside and outside of a secure juvenile correctional complex. Coordinate activities to assure grounds and related areas are maintained in a safe and clean condition for residents, staff, and the public. The incumbent must have a valid driver’s license as well as the ability to meet physical demands to include lifting heavy objects.
