For our growing Pitching Hub team at the Linklaters office in Warsaw , we are currently recruiting for a Pitch Coordinator role. About the Team: Join our global team responsible for developing client-focused pitch materials and supporting business growth initiatives. Collaborating with the Business Development & Marketing department, you will ensure our pitches are competitive, meet deadlines, and align with client objectives, acting with a continuous improvement mindset. You will be responsible for: Assisting with developing pitch documents, incorporating sector/industry information, client research, and competitor analysis. Supporting with analysing industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure pitches are competitive, innovative, and relevant. Assisting with tracking pitch outcomes to identify successes and areas for improvement, and update pitch systems ensuring pitch information is correct. Ensuring the use of best practice materials such as successful pitch strategies, templates, and case studies.
