About the Role As a key leader in our Customer Success team, you will oversee all implementation initiatives—ranging from customer and partner onboarding to complex new integrations. This role sits at the intersection of operations, product, and client experience, requiring a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to drive value across the healthcare ecosystem. You’ll lead critical business operations, such as launching our virtual practice, shaping our medical service delivery models, and refining our revenue cycle management and home services solutions. You’ll also work closely with clients to drive product adoption, boost patient enrollment, and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
