What’s the role? The Change Enablement role partners with Project and Initiative teams to ensure Commercial Banking programs are clearly defined, well governed and delivered successfully. Acting as a key interface between business, bankers and customers, this role provides subject matter expertise, insights and oversight to support effective change delivery. You will help embed change initiatives, manage interdependencies, support prioritisation and drive adoption of key programs to realise intended benefits. Working across Commercial Banking and Small Business, you will ensure change impacts are understood, risks are managed and outcomes align to business strategy, customer needs and frontline capability.
