About the Role: We are hiring a Director of Crisis Response to lead all crisis operations at Flourish. In this role, you will: Manage the Crisis Response team Provide real time supervision and consultation to our crisis managers Provide crisis response intervention when for overflow or coverage Ensure crisis situations are handled safely, consistently, and quickly Partner cross-functionally to continue to improve on existing crisis operations You are the person responsible for making sure our crisis system works—both in real time and as we scale. You will also help build and improve the system itself: how we respond to crises, how we train staff, and how we standardize and scale this work across the organization. This is a leadership role for someone who is calm under pressure, highly clinical, and experienced in managing high-acuity situations.
