Please note that this is a remote position but it requires the candidate to be based in Portugal.  What you'll actually be doing:  You'll own end-to-end tech recruitment processes, working with AI-powered tools that help you work smarter and faster. This isn't about "filling reqs" or being an order-taker. You'll proactively identify talent, assess fit (both technical and cultural), and present shortlists to Business Managers that they can confidently take to clients. The difference? You'll use AI to help you match candidates more accurately, manage interview notes, keep your pipeline constantly filled, and make better decisions faster - while you focus on the human side: building relationships, evaluating fit, and closing hires.
