Job description

This position is pending position/ program award Purpose and Scope: Responsible for AGE shop production operations. Coordinates with the AGE Manager to ensure production and operational goals are accurate and properly implemented. Supervises work activities, trains, inspects, and evaluates all AGE employees as directed by the AGE Manager. Reviews and documents programs associated with maintenance operations within the AGE shop. Ensures all work is accomplished in accordance with USAF/Amentum technical data, quality assurance, and safety standards as part of ISO 9001 programs. Essential Responsibilities: Directs and coordinates production efforts of Lead AGE Mechanics. Primary trainer on programs and equipment related to AGE Department. Prepares and completes applicable documentation as necessary. Inspects the operation, troubleshooting, and repairs, of Lead AGE Mechanics. Prepares and documents personnel performance evaluations for AGE Department. Performs supervisor review on all completed forms after maintenance actions.
