Job DetailsJob Location: TEP Rocky Mountain - Parachute, CO 81635Salary Range: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 Salary/yearJob Summary The HSER Manager provides strategic leadership and direct ownership for Health, Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory (HSER) performance across Flywheel’s operations. This role drives safe, compliant, reliable, and sustainable activities through principled entrepreneurship, risk-based decision-making, and influence-focused culture change. The position focuses on building high-performing teams of HSER professionals, field personnel, and cross-functional partners, while maintaining full compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
