Job Description As Product & Business Strategy Director, you will play a key role in expanding Above’s presence in the Swedish market. Combining strategic product thinking with commercial leadership, you will help identify and secure new business opportunities while shaping impactful digital products and services for some of the world’s most ambitious brands. You will act as a trusted advisor to both new and existing clients, helping them define product strategies, roadmaps, and ways of working that create measurable business and customer value. You understand that the product experience is often the product itself, and you know how to connect user needs, technical possibilities, and business goals into offerings that create real impact. This role requires someone who can think about products from multiple angles - commercial, strategic, technical, and experiential. You are equally comfortable discussing high-level business objectives with executives as you are translating specialist input from designers, strategists, and engineers into clear recommendations and actions.
