Partners with other training staff and subject matter experts to design, develop, validate, modify, and maintain training content, lesson plans, manuals, self‑study modules, presentations, and supportive learning tools utilized in training classes. Delivers online or classroom training presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for end users and train‑the‑trainer participants across a variety of topics, systems, tools, and modules. Prepares learning environments by coordinating classroom setup, equipment, seating arrangements, curricula, and supplies to ensure an effective and consistent learning experience. Leads and supports training‑related projects by applying project management practices to plan, coordinate, and execute work efficiently. Tracks timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables; partners with stakeholders to ensure alignment; and adjusts plans as needed to meet project objectives and organizational priorities.
