Job description

Who You Are: The Order Specialist is responsible for the accurate daily processing and analysis of repair orders including both systematic and physical movement of merchandise through the Repair System and within the Tiffany Service Center and with vendors. The Order Specialist reviews repair orders and their merchandise to ensure accuracy and identify potential issues, assigning materials where possible. In addition, the Specialist analyzes repair orders to identify the correct servicing path through the facility, while maintaining merchandise security. What You'll Do: - Provide efficient, timely and accurate physical and systematic analysis, processing and movement of repairs and material - Identify and communicate potential order issues - Ensure accurate order information, including but not limited to item description, order type, complete repair request and identification of counterfeit merchandise - Act as a liaison between the Service Center and all internal customers and relevant vendors - Respond professionally to all telephone calls and emails in a timely manner - Proactively work with management with any repair service issues and/or customer escalations - Assist managemen...
