Be the reason someone feels seen and supported to live independently in their own home! Intereach is looking for a Community Support Worker (CSW) Home Care to join our Aged Care team in Swan Hill. In this part-time role, you’ll be delivering meaningful, person-centred care to people over the age of 65 — helping them maintain their independence, stay connected, and live fulfilling lives at home and in their community.
