Description We are looking for a Night Shift Shop Supervisor who will lead our Maintenance/Container Shop by managing personnel, productivity, safety, and budget performance. This role ensures full compliance with environmental regulations, safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and company policies, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. What You’ll Do: - Lead daily maintenance operations and drive performance, safety, and environmental compliance - Coach, train, and develop maintenance teams - Manage scheduling, preventative maintenance, and spare parts inventory - Investigate incidents and implement root-cause improvements - Partner with Plant Managers to set goals and improve processes - Oversee contractors and support capital improvement projects - Ensure strong cost control and support budgeting decisions Requirements: - 2-3+ years maintenance leadership or supervisory experience - Strong knowledge of safety, environmental standards, and equipment management - Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive corrective actions - Solid budgeting, planning, and reporting skills - Tech-savvy with maintenance systems, spreadsheet...
