We are looking for a Senior, Merger and Acquisition Services to join the Merger and Acquisition (M&A) Services team. Responsibilities are, but not limited to: Lead day-to-day processes for buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence engagements. Review federal tax filings to identify exposures, risks, and tax structuring opportunities.
