Director – IT Digital Transformation This role will lead end-to-end execution of digital initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and business functions, with a focus on implementation, adoption, and sustained value realization. It will play a key role in turning ideas into execution, scaling what works, and delivering measurable business results across the Americas. What you’ll do: 1. Own End-to-End Execution Lead initiatives from idea → business case → pilot → scale → value realization Take full accountability for delivery timelines, budgets, and outcomes Proactively remove roadblocks and ensure consistent progress 2. Drive Impact on the Ground Partner closely with plant and operational teams to implement solutions in real-world environments Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and fully adopted—not just deployed Spend time on-site to understand challenges and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost 3.
