Department: Information Technology (IT) Position Summary: The Desktop Support Engineer Intern will assist the IT team in supporting end-user systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining a stable and secure desktop environment. This role provides hands-on experience in IT support operations, customer service, and enterprise technology environments. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices - Respond to IT support tickets and assist users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues - Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or macOS systems - Assist with onboarding/offboarding activities (account setup, equipment provisioning) - Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) - Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN) - Perform routine system updates, patches, and antivirus checks - Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, and resolutions - Assist with inventory management of IT equipment and assets - Follow IT security policies and best practices Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Information Tech...
