Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. We are also building new and improved rapid transit, including GO Expansion, Light Rail Transit routes, and major expansions to Toronto’s subway system, to get people where they need to go, safer, faster and easier. The Senior Talent Management Consultant will be working closely with the Organizational Development and Learning team, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to deliver practical, scalable talent solutions aligned to enterprise strategy. The Senior Consultant contributes deep subject‑matter expertise across performance management, career development, succession, skills-based models, and mentorship/sponsorship, translating strategy into clear guidance, tools, and leader enablement.
