Marketing Assistant Commitment: Permanent, part-time or full-time: Location: Gig Harbor, WA (on-site, no exceptions) Reports to: Director of Marketing Compensation: $30/hour, non-exempt Travel: Occasional (press trips, farm visits, partner locations) About the Role: We’re looking for someone with a good eye, a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and more curiosity than experience. This is a role where you’ll learn a lot, do a lot, and see your work out in the world—every week. You’ll work alongside a small, hands-on team and touch a bit of everything: email, social, photoshoots, partnerships, and design assets. You won’t own big strategy on day one, but you’ll be close to it—and the more you bring, the more you’ll take on. What matters most isn’t your resume. It’s your taste, instincts, and whether you actually like making things. If you’ve ever redesigned something just because it bugged you, we want to hear from you.
