Responsibilities: - Review and summarize medical records and deposition transcripts - Prepare notices of depositions and deposition exhibits - Communicate with experts and clients - Create and maintain case chronologies - Draft discovery requests and discovery responses - Assist in the draft of motions, responses, replies, and exhibits - Review and organize document productions for responsiveness, applying necessary redactions, and finalizing for production - Organize and manage document productions - Organize and maintain internal active case lists with applicable deadlines to the client, opposing counsel, and the court - Assist in the research of case la...
