Risk Management Program Manager, Compliance, Safety and Risk Management

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program or project management. - 5 years of experience working to support technical teams in data center infrastructure components (power, cooling, networking, servers, storage), operations, and security best practices. - 5 years of experience with development and maintenance of data center policies and procedures. - 5 years of experience evaluating data center risk management framework and processes. - 5 years of experience with data center resilience and security. Preferred qualifications: - Experience working and collaborating with a team to achieve operational priorities and deliver projects. - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment. - Proven ability to analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems. - Communication skills and a proven ability to engage and influence others. - Documentation and organization skills. - Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Forms and Groups.
