Job Type Full-time Description: PRIMARY ROLE: The Family Advocate’s role is to support families and strengthen communities by supporting Clover families in developing and actualizing their Family Success Goals. These goals are the primary driver for advancing and actualizing the organization’s vision for educated, healthy, and financially stable communities. The Family Advocate is responsible for supporting the Lead Advocates and the Director, Community and Family Engagement in actualizing the vision for Clover Early Learning Services and the organization as a whole. This role is directly responsible for the long-term success of our students and families, ensuring the successful development of meaningful goals, family supports, and relationships that serve to meet and/or exceed Head Start Program Performance Standards, Family and Partnership Goals, and most importantly, realize family success.
