FTE: 1.0, Shift: Dayshift, Schedule: M-F (Exempt position) Position Summary: The Research Support Pharmacist provides specialized pharmacy services to support clinical research across the investigational institutions within MultiCare Health System. This role oversees investigational drug operations from protocol review through study closeout, ensuring compliance and institutional standards. Responsibilities include investigational product accountability, Epic investigational drug product and protocol build design, quality assurance, and education for pharmacy staff and learners. The position serves as a liaison between pharmacy, investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies to maintain safe and efficient research medication practices.
