The AIC, or Alternative in the Community program is a community-based alternative to incarceration and provides multifaceted intervention services for offenders awaiting trial, or who are on probation or parole. The program uses Motivational Interviewing techniques and curricula-drive, evidence-based models designed to assess the needs of each client to reduce individual risk factors. This position will provide general and supervisory case management duties and will ensure community safety and effective program operation through internal and external monitoring of client activities and program services.
