Manager, Yard and Equipment

Job description

- Essentially, this position is meant to focuses on only Yard and Detailed Equipment Information (DEI) Operations (it does not include responsibilities pertaining to the Administration Team). It also provides an opportunity for a candidate with an affinity for Yard and DEI responsibilities to better integrate the two aspects of our business. - Ensures sale site safety and adherence to environmental regulations. - Effectively manage, coach and develop their direct and indirect reports. - Manage the customer experience throughout the auction site. - Oversees yard layout and equipment line up and equipment preparation (refurbishing). - Manage, monitor, maintain and enforce Yard and DEI standards, procedures, process and best practices at the auction site and at offsite locations. - Manage, monitor, maintain and implement the auction site’s Detailed Equipment Information (DEI) Program standards, procedures, best practices and guidelines and integrate those efforts with the yard layout and equipment set up procedures by working with the Yard Manager and Equipment Manager. - Manage direct and indirect reports as you work to develop a strong team with clear succession plans, including set...
