Job Description: In order to support Aerodynamics, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Aerodynamics Engineer –Aerodynamic Data Modeling (d/f/m) Do you want to push boundaries at the heart of Airbus together with a team of great aerodynamic engineers? Our aerodynamics department is responsible for the aerodynamic design and characterization for all military aircraft programs along their product life cycle. We use numerical simulations, wind tunnel testing and flight test to understand the aerodynamic behavior and to create and deliver aircraft representative aerodynamic data and models for stability & control, performance, loads and aeroelastics as well as establishing envelopes for safe separation of external as well as internal stores and for plume ingestion. Besides, we give support to the production in terms of assessing the aerodynamics impact on non-conformities, repairs plus in-service incidents.
