About the Role: We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Workplace Experience to lead our in-person and virtual workplace strategy and operations. Reporting to the Sr. Director, HR & Workplace Experience, you will oversee day-to-day operations at Betterment’s HQ in NYC and ensure an exceptional employee and visitor experience. You will develop and scale processes, programs, and policies that support our growing workforce.
