Job description

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Maintains a clean and orderly working area in production departments/rooms, meeting GMP standards. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Additional responsibilities may include focus on one or more departments or locations. See applicable addendum for department or location specific functions. - In production departments/rooms and under general supervision, responsible for cleaning machines, conveyors, walls, floors, light fixtures, vents, windows, etc., according to GMP and FDA standards. - Performs functions that require full knowledge of general aspects of the job. - Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. - Empties garbage in production areas, as needed. - Completes housekeeping logs for area of responsibility. - Advises supervisor of needed supplies and shortages. - Advises supervisor of maintenance items needing attention. - Regularly communicates with line supervisors to resolve issues and ensures that all duties are being done well. - Maintains general housekeeping of working area and plant. - Follows all Fresenius Policies. - Regular attendance and maintaining a good...
