About the Role We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help drive new business opportunities for our North American business. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a strong work ethic, curiosity about business, and an appetite for sales. You will work closely with the Regional Managing Director and our sales team to identify potential clients, build targeted prospect lists, and help open doors to new relationships. Your work will directly support the growth of the business by generating qualified meetings with prospective clients. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of business development, sales strategy, and relationship building in a fast-growing creative and technology business.
